Naden, also called Two-fingers, is a male Adem who is the cook at the school of Haert, and a former mercenary. The name Two-fingers comes from the fact that Naden his right hand was "viciously crippled" leaving only his thumb and forefinger. Prior to his injury, Naden spent 10 years as a mercenary and was of the second stone. He brought in more than two hundred and thirty silver talents before his hand was crippled.
