Siaru is the language spoken in Ceald. It is spoken by several of the main characters in the Chronicle, including Kilvin, Kvothe and Wilem. As a result it is the most commonly used language in the Chronicle after Aturan.

kraemlish shitty / godless Wilem uses this as in insult to nobility, see kraem. Instead of an insult, it could also mean "Godless", which would make "Kraemlish bastards" mean "Godless bastards".[11]

lhin okay Wil uses this at then end of a statement. It seems similar to "okay?"[12] The Cealdish horse trader uses it at the start of a sentence.[13] Kvothe also uses it as a term of agreeing with Kilvin in the Arrificery, after Kilvin says "Lhinsatva?". Kvothe says "Lhin"[14].
lhinsatva agreed Seems to mean "agreed", "understood," or "okay", see lhin.[1][13][14]
nia no Probably means "no", based on its use in a discussion between Kvothe and Wilem.[5] Also used at the end of a question where Kvothe is discussing with Wil whether Puppet can resolve their argument.[15]

"Kist, crayle, en kote" Seems to be a series of curse words, see kist and kote[7][19][6][21]
"Kraemet brevetan Aerin" "Shit in God's beard" A swearing by Kilvin. Kraemet could mean "God's", instead of Aerin. Aerin may not be god, words with capitals aren't always names or important words in Siaru.[7]
"Lhinsatva. Tua kverein." Wil says this in response to the greeting[22]
Melosi rehu eda Stiti "We sleep next to the fire."[5]
"Rieusa, tu kialus A'isha tua." "Thank you for bringing me close to your family."[16]
"Rieusa, ta krelar deala tu." "Not very well, thank you."[8]
"Sokeketh ka Siaru krema'teth tu?" "How well do you speak Siaru?"[8]
Tetalia tu Kiaure edan A'siath Viari says this to Wil in greeting.[22]
"Tuan volgen oketh ama." "Don't put a spoon in your eye over it." It means "don't let it make you crazy."[17]
"Tu Ketha?" "Are you Coal?"[13]
"Tu Keth-selhan?" "Are you One Sock?"[13]
Tu kralim Wil says this teasingly to Kvothe[23]
Tu Mahne? "Are you Shadow?"[13]
"Ve vanaloi. Tu teriam keta. Palan te?" Kvothe says this to Keth-selhan when trying to determine the horse name.[13]
Vorelan tua tetam Viari says this to Wil in greeting[22]
